The Business District in Verona under Project “Old Verona” will be a vast setting for historical education and commerce. As you walk down Bloomfield Avenue and visit our wonderful stores, restaurants, and landscape you are transformed by the historical content and beauty. You grab tokens at the Visitors Center, look at Verona’s history in our Museum, pick up some maps, discount tickets, and historical information. Take a ride downtown on the Trolley. When you get off you can go to Verona Park, walk the shops, Verona Sports Center, The Main Street Cottage, our antique shops, Terry’s drug store(Wonderful knick knacks and Verona paraphernalia). Come eat at Jack’s Cafe, Verona Inn, Bella Gente, Frank Anthony’s, The Avenue Bistro, Mieles, The Verona Diner; and while you are in town you may want to get a quick workout at Hard Bodyz Gym, Verona Yoga, Moy Yat Kung Fu. Belly dancing and Jazzercise are always an option.  While at the visitors center you can set up a historic walking tour, a driving tour in an antique car, or one of our ghost tours. Verona has some of the most haunted buildings and homes in the world and it is a favorite for shows like The Ghost Hunter, etc. It is also the home town of Jay Mohr who was the co-star of the hit TV series, The Ghost Whisperer. Parts of The Sopranos and The Godfather were shot here as well. You have to visit Verona!
